Where we ship

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How long it takes

Orders are on their way within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the day you order. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next business day.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $7.99 and free on every order over $29. Express shipping is available within the United States at checkout.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email as soon as you order and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If the tracking has not moved for several days, that is usually a carrier scanning gap — email support@sorenwell.com and we will chase it for you.

Customs and duties

Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address or a parcel that never arrives

Check the address on your confirmation email straight away — we can still change it before it ships. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it or refund it in full. Email us and we sort it out.
